Diego has practised corporate, financial and commercial law since 2012, with a focus on M&A, restructurings and investments, from private equity and venture capital deals to strategic acquisitions. He was counsel in the Corporate & Finance group of Bird & Bird in Brussels, after Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Crowell & Moring. He is a scientific collaborator at UCLouvain and is co-authoring the new edition of the Précis de droit des sociétés, a Belgian reference work on company law.
