1. Introduction

Welcome to Lina (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our AI-powered legal document generation platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Lina provides an AI-powered platform for generating legal documents, including but not limited to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), employment contracts, and corporate documents under Belgian and EU law.

Our Services may also include optional attorney review, where qualified Belgian attorneys review AI-generated documents for accuracy and compliance. Attorney review services are subject to additional terms and fees.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Lina and are protected by Belgian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Documents you generate using our Services are yours to use for their intended purpose. However, you may not resell or redistribute generated documents commercially without our prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Paid features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Lina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Brussels, Belgium.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
