Billing and cancellation
Quarterly billing. 30 days to decide. Your monthly rate depends on your plan and is billed quarterly, excluding VAT. Within the first 30 days, you can cancel and request a refund under the subscription terms.
What is included, and what is quoted separately?
Your subscription includes support for day-to-day legal questions through a consistent Lina contact, 1–6 standard commercial documents each month, full access to Lina’s template library, a dedicated AI legal memory and your plan discount. Deeper analysis, bespoke drafting and representation are scoped and quoted before work begins.
How do the included documents and templates work?
Starter includes one, Premium includes three and Platinum includes six standard commercial documents drafted from scratch each month. Every plan also includes full access to Lina’s template library. Work beyond your monthly allowance is quoted separately.
How do Lina Plus savings work?
Starter saves 20%, Premium 35% and Platinum 50% on separately scoped work. The discounted fixed price and delivery date are stated before work begins.
Who is responsible for my legal work?
Your Lina contact - a former lawyer trained for this role - handles day-to-day questions and helps scope next steps, informed by your company context. For each legal deliverable, we appoint a named senior lawyer with your agreement. That lawyer is responsible for the work.
What is the legal memory, and can I take it with me?
It is a dedicated record of your matters, agreed positions, company documents, company context and the reasoning behind past decisions. It is your data: you can review it, export it at any time and take it with you if you leave.
